At ESRI we understand what university students need by identifying with the world they live in and operate from. We know that universities today are over populated because universities are desperately competing to increase their student intake and do whatever they can to retain their students. These universities treat students like commodities; they use these students to compete for government grants, hence the more students they admit and retain, the more grants the universities receive from their government. Universities have gone overseas to recruit international students to improve their student population and earn additional revenue. This practice introduces complex issues in regards to the students learning experience; international students whose first language is not English can have trouble coping during their first and second year in our educational system. Some university programs are overcrowded with both local and foreign students, academic knowledge and learning experience varies significantly, some students feel left behind because of this disparity in learning experience.
Our job at ESRI Tutoring is to apply our vast knowledge and experience in the university educational system to help and uplift those students that feel left behind. We design and use a special instructional strategy that aligns itself to student academic background and learning experience. We use a unique instructional setup to instruct students. These instructional courses can be taken by participating in one-on-one learning or group learning of five to ten.
